If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we will allow for a cancellation of your purchase within 24 hours. Please email us at customer@doppelmyfund.com and attach your proof of purchase.

For purchases where proceeds of funds are paid towards a beneficiary comprising of a non-profit organisation, association or society, there will be no cancellations nor refunds acceptable. Any funds paid towards the campaign will be deemed a general donation and you will receive a receipt from the beneficiary for that paid amount.
