General Information
DoPPelMyFund partners with various freight companies for all deliveries. Customers can either collect or opt for the product item delivered to the address provided in the shipping details form upon checkout. If the incorrect address is provided to us, you will be liable for the cost of redirecting and or replacing the order. If you do not provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) and you are not at home, you will be liable for the additional re-delivery fee.
Delivery Fees
- Flat Rate Shipping ( below 1KG)
- Kuala Lumpur City Centre (within 5-KMs): MYR8
- Peninsular Malaysia: MYR12
- East Malaysia: MYR18
- Orders made before 11:00am (+8 GMT) will be dispatched the same working day.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days only.
- If the goods are returned to us, a second re-delivery charge will be incurred.
- If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organizing a re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
- A USD10 or MYR38 handling fee applies to international packages sent outside Malaysia. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses.
- Enjoy faster delivery of your items within 3-days from purchase date via COURIER service.
